Hatton United JFC – AGM – 2026.

Notice is hearby given in advance of the upcoming Hatton United JFC Annual General Meeting.

Date: Thursday 9th July 2026

Venue: Washlands Sports Club. Meadow Road. Burton on Trent.

Time: 7.00pm prompt start.

Please note: Only paid up members, committee members and parents of registered players (as of 1st July 2026) can attend and vote at the AGM. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to vote on club resolutions.

The meeting shall be properly constituted after a period of at least 21 days’ written notice, provided herein. The purpose of the meeting will be to:

• Receive the report of the Executive Committee.

• To elect the officers and other members of the Football Committee;

• To elect the officers of the Executive Committee;

• Any other business or the consideration of any resolution, which has been submitted to the General Secretary at least fourteen days before the meeting.
